what kind of exercise and diet do you follow? i mean, you obviously lift weights but what about cardio and what does your diet consist of? which supplements, if any, do you use?
i used to lift weights a few years ago and got good results but got lazy. now i'm trying to get back into it and am just curious of your exercise regimen and diet. You're a good size...you're big but not freakishly big, which is cool. That's why i'm asking you i guess.
what do you use as constant motivation to stay in shape? i'm sure women to some degree, but is there anything else? hopefully these questions aren't too personal. any info is appreciated.
