Actually I've heard of just a couple of unreleased scenes considered by many fans as a sort of holy grails, and both were unreleased because of their extreme content, even if in a different way. The one with Sandra and Alice Romain having sex, and the one of Jessie Rogers for Pornstar punishment unreleased because it was considered too rough and involved pissing.
So I thought that unrealesed scenes were great exceptions, more than the norm if that "one ouf of five" resembles even remotely to the reality of facts.
After all porn directors aren't maniacal perfectionists like Stanley Kubrick, so if the scene is acceptable and they have paid the actors why waste a similar incredible amount of money?
