Maybe some of you out there can enlighten me on a couple of things I've been wondering about.
1) What makes the male porn star's cum look so white? Is it dietary, like they drink a lot of milk (don't laugh), or is it done in the processing?
2) Why don't they use more lube in the scenes, sometimes it looks so dry (ouch)! Does in not photograph well, or are they just being cheap? You'd think they would have KY in 55 gallon drums.
3) (I just thought of this one) Does anyone know what the percentages are (males vs females) regarding the purchasing of porn & isn't the female percentage increasing with the easy availability from the internet? If so, maybe soon they'll make an interactive game for us, I can't find one anywhere!

not dumb questions at all.
1) cum shot - edit - big squirt of moisturizing lotion
2) when i was on a porn set they kept lube under the couch pillow - but they have to get a lot of footage in so there weren't many opportunities to relube.
3) my guess is that only about 10% of the market is women actually buying the porn. however, i think at least 35% of porn shoppers are couples (including men buying it to watch with their wives/girlfriends.) btw - i'm only talking DVD - i'm sure the numbers are very different for VHS.
pixis said they were going to release an interactive disc with ian daniels (not sure when.)

Actually I have to disagree with you on question number one- the overwhelming majority of cumshots in porn movies are the real deal. Male semen is a very hard thing to duplicate in regards to color, texture, viscosity and reflectivity, so us directors always insist on the real deal.
In rare cases when the guy in the scene cannot cum, we sometimes call in another guy on set to act as a "stunt dick" and provide the cumshot in closeup, but even then, its still real cum, just not the same male that did most of the scene work.
If anyone is desperate enough to try moiosturizing lotoin, it always sucks, because even a casual fan can tell it's a fake, because cum is so unique a substance that it will always look hokey.
