2012 is fading away. Please briefly share what your highlights and lowlights were for this year in porn. Lily Carter, as always, was a delight. Wasteland might be the best feature in modern porn history. Irresistible was a truly legendary release. I haven't seen her get gang banged yet, but it's sure to be a highlight. In fact, the whole EA Superstar September was legendary. Lexi Belle took a dick in her ass; plenty of porn fans had been waiting for that. Jada Stevens earned the title of Buttwoman. Super-volcano Remy LaCroix came, and came, and came, and amazed, shocked, astounded the industry, only to walk away, and now come back. Jessie Rogers was starting to become a favorite, but decided on some alterations that frankly, I can't stand. That's been belabored to death so I won't dwell. But I don't like them, and I can't watch her anymore. Major lowlight. Dani Daniels has joined the b/g world, with plenty of staying power. Riley Reid was another highlight, a true cutie with a great attitude and a really pretty pussy. She does IR now too. Anikka Albrite and Mia Malkova are just a few of the brand new starlets that are sure to be household names soon enough. Maddy O'Reilly's a dynamo and I love Teal Conrad. So sexy. We got tastes of Tori Black, tip toeing back into the industry on cam shows, and even a few solo performances. Gracie Glam went from top performer to g/g only, as did Jessie Andrews. They're happy, but they have more in the tank. I wish they would have stayed the course. Ditto Kristina Rose, once a staple performer at some of my favorite studios, but I did not see nearly enough as I'd like this year. She also left ADT, after being one of the best posters to read regularly. Holly Michaels was another on her way to the top, but then opted for a contract with PornPros. The fuck!?! But Allie Haze left her contract with Vivid. Ella Milano came back to b/g work. They're sure to occupy my hard drive. Jenna Haze officially bid us adieu. Manwin/Brazzers capitulated and shut down, then fully removed, the entire Pornstars Punishment line, past scenes and all. They then added the most unintentionally hilarious website of all time in its place. That's not a net gain. I'm Cody McLarge, so I have to add Barack Obama reelected as a major letdown. But above all, I love you, ADT, home of the archive of "dirty ATM" alerts and a thread on "Types of Girl's Assholes" but also a place where I interact with fellow travelers of a "perverted" habit and "guilty" pleasure. Not several. I'd probably be a vegetable if that were the case. One indefinitely that got me like this. Most likely had a mini one per the doctors assumption shortly prior to the actual event given the crushing headache. Headaches of which I never get. But thank you for your well wishes. Speech is a slow improvement. Spasticity is still pretty intense. It's a painful healing process so I've learned so far. The positive side is I'm more calm and at peace. Stress is a waste of energy.

I agree with a lot of what's being discussed here. My 2 cents: Highs: Remy LaCroix - The body of work she shot during her initial foray into porn is some of the best I've ever seen. She retired, and now she's back full time. I couldn't be more ecstatic about her going forward. Mischa Brooks - To me, she went from a cute girl with an insane body to one of my absolute favorite performers in the business. She's incredibly sexy, and refreshingly natural in her scenes. I think she's going to be huge. Anikka Albrite - Like Mischa, I didn't really notice her until this year. She's an enthusiastic, natural, dirty performer, who happens to have a killer backside. She did a handful of unforgettable scenes in 2012, and I'm excited to see her upcoming work. Jada Stevens - Yeah, I realize I'm late to this party. Jada never made much of an impression on me the last couple of years, other than marveling at her butt. But I think she has drastically improved as a performer this year, she seems way more relaxed, genuine, and sincere during her sex scenes. Chastity Lynn - She's quietly assembled a body of work that is, absolutely worthy of performer of the year consideration. She's cute as hell, has an amazing ass, and greedily consumes anything thrown at her, effortlessly and with a smile on her face. Maddy O'Reilly - I wasn't sure this girl was for real when I first saw her in action. Now, needless to say, I think she's absolutely the real deal. Intense and desperately wanting her boundaries pushed. Look out for her in 2013. Stoya - Stoya again graced porn with her presence in 2012. Enough said. Dani Daniels - She went from a girl that does amazing, sincere, real girl-girl scenes, to a girl that does amazing, real scenes with anyone, guy or girl in 2012. The limited boy/girl stuff she did in 2012 was easily as good as anything produced this year. Mia Malkova - She still seems too good to be true for me. She's already done a limited number of scenes, a few of which are already in my all-time vault. I'll just say I'm cautiously optimistic for Mia's 2013, and greedily hopeful that she will jump into the gonzo world with two feet. Lows: BiBi Jones. A pretty definite, matter-of-fact retirement. I thought she was gorgeous, and a promising performer. She already left behind a number of incredible scenes though, so I can't be that upset. Gracie Glam. She claimed to have shifted from b/g to g/g, but honestly I didn't see much of her this year at all. Hope she returns to the fold. Tori Black. Signs of her coming out of retirement were misleading. I'd love to have her back in b/g or g/g. but she appears to be interested in neither. Advertising that is to the contrary is bad form, imo. Kristina Rose. No frustration here, because she's been upfront with what where she's at. Just wish she'd come back to b/g. Charley Chase. Working with very limited information, it seems like she's done. I'd feel better about it if she had been more appreciated when she was doing gonzo scenes at a breakneck pace. Gorgeous, natural, dirty performer. I think that's a rare breed in this business, and she seems way under- appreciated in my book.
