Always a bit of an odd idea as ideally the sex scenes should be integral to the story, like a musical sequence in a great musical. But I get what you're looking for. I've heard good things about Revenge of the Petites and really need to see it but the one I saw a few years ago and enjoyed as a feature porn rom com was Eddie Powell's Lost & Found. Unfortunately good modern features are becoming rarer than hen's teeth.

I think this is a way of asking for good feature porn...although to me, a good feature would be incomprehensible without the sex. Bad features, imo, are ones where the sex feels divorced from the narrative and thus could be removed without affecting the film as a whole.
That said, yes Revenge of the Petites is great (Blacksix, I can't believe you haven't checked this out yet! It's fabulous). It would be very difficult to separate out the sex scenes from the narrative though - they are neatly woven in. So, technically this would not satisfy your request.
