You can't do that. If you want that as a basis for awards, like Milf of the Year, then you exclude women who don't want to make their private life public. There is also no Jewish performer of the year, because this is a private matter of the women and men.

As an outsider, however, it still seems questionable when almost every film gets 4-5/5 stars. It's not about whether you like the girl in this movie or the sex act. It is also about technical criteria like camera and lighting. And there is simply a lot of poorly produced crap with bad angles and poorly lit scenes. Still, these films get 4-5/5 stars. And there are also many movies where the male actor can't hold an erection and is limp in the entire scene. That's not sex, that's slapstick. Still 4-5/5 stars. I'm sorry, but a lot of things seem questionable to me.

Mr InstantClassic, you hit the nail right on spot.I'll add poor posture of girls in photos to the list. This is director's responsibility. And yes, the regular run of the mill stuff is grossly overrated by the horny audience. Awards aside, most people won't like to revisit the video or images once they are finished.
Besides, as you say, no girl can give her best performance with a limp cock. You either invest in male talent or stop making hardcore films. Even when your average viewer doesn't quite grap what is wrong with a scene they'll notice a nagging sense of energy mismatch and it will affect the performance.
Ignore that specific reviewer then if you have a consistently more critical view of the movies. It sounds like that person has just mailed it in.
I once agreed with another reviewer that if the best features are comparable to basic cable porn in quality, we're really splitting hairs in arguing what's better than what.
