One is that there needs to be a formal place where records must be kept and an actual address for those records. The other is that requests for record information can be made thru a webmaster, with no publication of the actual address needed. My understanding of the rule is that there has to be an actual published address of the place where records are kept. Can any of you great minds out there help me with this?? [Link] |
