I looked over those pictures of Jayna, and I couldn't see anything but huge, perfect tits. She's like Amy Reid only bigger! There are new silicone implants available that have an internal structure to them. They're supposed to mimic the original breast tissue so closely that once installed nobody can tell them from real. A genius level plastic surgeon has to install them though. The only test I have left is to see Jayna flat on her back. Breasts that big have to fall back into her armpits. However, I remember Shyla Styles first job. When they settled in she did a scene on her back and the implants fell right into her armpits like the real thing.
