MIAMI, Fla.—3D is the buzzword in all types of visual entertainment these days. Newcomer studio Pleasure Dynasty Films has partnered with technology provider Minka Studios to produce high-quality video for those who like the idea of 3D but are looking for the raw quality of amateur offerings.
The company is debuting its catalog of amateur titles in high definition and 3D formats at The AVN Show, taking place through Aug. 8 at the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood, Fla. Pleasure Dynasty’s unique take on the 3D adult experience can be seen in Stolen Vacation Videos, the first installment in a voyeur-themed line that brings together fresh talent and superior definition.
Pleasure Dynasty CEO and head director Carlos Cavero said, “3D is the future. We can’t avoid it. We all have to adapt to stay competitive in the marketplace. The adult industry has always been a leader in using new technology, and the same thing is happening with the 3D format. I was reading an article by David Bayon for PC Authority in August of 2009 and what he said struck home with me: Our industry has been hit hard by free content online and we need to offer viewers something that they cannot get in quantity for free.
