I had already placed this order a week ago and it was cancelled for some non-verification "authorization" setup through my credit card. So I called my credit card company to find out what was up. they said I had plenty of room on the card and that the folks at Empire could call them direct and get an approval. When I emailed Empire they said they were unable to do that, so I just went ahead and cancelled the order. If it's a problem with Empire's authorization program, and my card company was more than willing to add another $100 or so to my debt, why should it be up to me to broker this between them? With their exorbitant shipping costs to boot, I'm very underwhelmed with the supposed #1 Adult DVD Emporium [Link] |
