I've purchased from Five Star several times and never had a problem. A couple of times, I had a few questions and received a quick, helpful response. I definitely recommend them.

I've also ordered from them a few times, and received nothing but great service. As an example, I ordered a movie from them recently that wouldn't play in my DVD player - they replaced it with another copy, no problem. I was then foolish enough to wait, oh, about a month to try the new one, and had the same problem - and they're still happily swapping it for a new one.
Personally, I think that's *great* customer service!

I have order from FIVE STAR DVD more than 50 times and service was top notch. One dvd got lost in the mail and they shipped another out within days. Graham@fivestardvd.com is really helpful. Also the specials they have are really great.[Link] |

Another thumbs up for Five Star here. Between their good prices, discount coupons, & fast service, you can't afford not to buy some porno. I emailed them just the other day about a disk that won't play, and they shipped out a replacement the same day, no questions asked. I just placed my first order with them today and they sent me a confirmation email which is standard but they also said they would send me an email when it was shipped and when I got home tonight from work there was one there saying it had shipped today so that was really cool of them. I have looked at their site some before but finally decided from the good things I heard here to give them a try. I have been using Jaded and I really like them, have nothing but good things to say about them but I used them for VHS and they have a great selection for that but now I have a dvd player too and will no longer be looking to purchase vhs tapes but Jaded does have a decent selection of dvds as I have gotten three from them so far but now I will probably be getting more from here, 5-Star than from Jaded especially with the nice service so far. I will be looking to see how long it takes for my order to come. I only got one but it was priority shipped so coming from AZ that should be around 3 days so maybe this Sat if I'm lucky but with the weekend so close probably Mon and that still would be really good so I will say 5-Star is pretty good so far. see ya[Link] |

I also have had nothing but great experiences from 5Star. I've had two orders and both have been completed successfully. Both came in the time expected.
Also, what you have heard about the service is true. Two of the DVDs that I recieved in my second shipment were defective, obviously not the fault of 5Star. I sent an email in Saturday, recieved a response on Monday saying that they will send replacements and a prepaid box to ship back the defective merchandise. Later that Monday, I had a confirmation of shipping and recieved the replacements yesterday. I had no hassels and everything was dealt with easily.
I know my next order and probably every order after that will be with 5Star because of their great prices and service. Everything you've heard about the great service is true  .
