Shipping took a tad long, but that's USPS's fault, not 5Star's. Contacted customer service about a shrinkwrapped DVD case that had *no DVD inside* (boy was I annoyed, not 5Star's fault again though). Emailed customer service and bang, they ship a replacement out the same day -- no questions asked. Excellent. Randy from 5Star CS was very helpful and polite, was a real nice guy. I can really recommend these guys -- excellent service and good prices. May try out Adult DVD Now, but after such a great experience w/ 5Star, I'll probably stick with them. Great job 5Star, just earned yourself a new, loyal customer.
