I think maybe once or twice they took 2 weeks to get together an order for me, but that's rare. It was a very big order of about 30-40 DVDs. I've never had them take less than a week to ship anything to me, but that's no big deal at all. If you want speed, go with Office21. I don't like them because they charge $20-$30 more per DVD.
