It is probably a movie made in the late 70's around the time of Green Door. Here's the plot as I recall - I hope somebody recognizes it! Innocent housewife here's of this house she can go to where any sexual fantasy can be fulfilled. Her husband leaves for work and she goes. The first time she is there she just watches. The older "madam" type takes her around to all these rooms with various activities going on in each one. The first room is like a workout room with a girl getting a massage on a table.
