- The office place had sex on a desk, and there were visible files/bookshelves in the background.
- Both had anal, I think.

* The man in the office vaguely reminded me of Horst Baron (or someone who looks like him, very thin guy) being the first guy, but I could be completely wrong.

* The film had action, as in a bit of plot. The busty cop even ran a bit in one scene, pointed her gun too.
* The cop uniform was light blue if my memory isn't failing me.

*I think it took place in the 90s, maybe early 00s or late 80s. I'm sorry for the wide range, but that's what comes to mind.
* Could be German or East European, I'm not sure.
