Do you have near encyclopedic knowledge of 80s AV? I'm hoping you can help identify a move. My first AV experience, was a porn flic an older brother shared with me. I have no idea what the name was or who the actors were. I saw it in 1990. Based on film and storyline quality, I suspect it was a mid to late 80s production, from a major AV studio.

The Storyline was of a young country boy who inherits a fortune from a relative he didn't know. Including a mansion full of high end escorts.
It starts with this kid doing it with his girlfriend in a barn I think, then he gets the news via letter or a lawyer shows up at his farm or something.
He goes to the mansion meets the Madame of the house, takes care of legal paperwork, then there is a sex scene with Madame and the lawyer.
I Don't recall the order but there is also a scene outside in the limo with the limo driver and one of the escorts, there is a lesbian scene between two of the escorts. There is another scene where one of the escorts comes in while the young man is in the shower and joins him. Before the final scene there is an issue where the young man had taken the phone off the hook so he could sleep uninterrupted. One of the escorts had gotten in trouble but couldn't get through to the house. The young man went out to get her and got in a fight with the John or knocked him out or something, but got her back safe. After lecturing him on safety of the girls, there is scene where the Madame of the house walked the young man through the proper way to pleasure a woman. In the end, the young man decides the rich mansion life is not for him. I think he gave the property and business over to the Madame, then goes back to his country farm. The last scene is of him with his girlfriend showing her what he learned. Right before the credits roll, the limo pulls into the barn, interrupting the young man and his girlfriend. The escorts pop out of the sun roof asking if they can join.
