I noticed that the story appears to date back to 2004, and I haven't done any research on Heidi Nelson-Grossman's threatened litigation. Her efforts at censorship have served to raise her profile, and one wonders if she is trying to publicize herself as a "victim of porn" for her own monetary gain. Once a whore always a whore I suppose.

I would guess that iafd wanted no part of an expensive lawsuit no matter how frivolous it is/was whereas imdb apparently told Heidi's people to take a walk. Since this appears to be just a case of trying to deny the truth would the same criteria apply if iafd posted information that former U.N. Secretary General Kurt Waldheim was a nazi? (He was). Would they have pulled the bio of him if his lawyers contacted them?

This is another example of a former porn babe trying to have it both ways.....and the one thing I hate most is the hypocritical attempt at censorship. She did it....own it!!!
Heidi Kat as I remember her was an ugly babe with a yucky body and no persona.
Sounds like she is a real phony in her porn after life as well as on video. Hope she looses this case.
