Here is my understanding. A cup-like device is placed upon a woman's stuff and through vacuum action the air is extracted from said cup via a bulb pump. The result, when the device is removed, is a vulva that looks inflamed and puffy. I honestly can't say I feel one way or the other about this practice. Right now I'm just at that curious/semi-interested stage.

Naah...in speaking to her a couple times, I think it was disgust w/ a look of "freak out". But you'd have to get her official opinion, and I'm not gonna speak for her here.
Rodney Moore used a pussy pump on Cassandra in Goo Girls 2 which came out in 2001. It doesn't work terrifically well in that scene, but results may vary from woman to woman.
Yeah, I think Kick Ass says they tried to do a pussy pump scene with Taylor Rain before she went to Torrid/Defiance, but it would not work with her. They couldn't get a good seal around her mound or something. It could have something to do with her relative skinny-ness.
