DP's galore - this whole concept of 2 guys on 1 girl just really irritates me. If I really wanted to see 2 guys' hairy butts filling up the screen (and I don't), I'd rent a gay film.

DAP's - see above

Films shot like a music video - extensive intercutting back and forth just doesn't work. I'm not watching the film to see the latest video effects at work. Build up the scene, show the scene, and end the scene.

Close-ups on male talent's faces - what's the point? Show us the girls' faces only please. Nothing ruins a scene quicker than a cut-away to some guy's grimacing, sweaty face as he comes. Yecchh!

Male talent spitting on the girls - not cool.

Big, fake boobs - a serious turn-off. Especially when scars are seen.

Piercings and large tattoos - if you are a performer who gets paid to show off your body, why would you ever think that some huge tatoos and multiple piercings would enhance your sex appeal? Believe me, it doesn't.

Boring sex scenes - if it ain't hot while you're shooting it, it ain't gonna be hot later on. Fast forward should not be an option when we rent these films.

And lastly,

Inconsistent quality - this is a blanket pet peeve covering everything from bad lighting to the overuse of warming filters when shooting skin tones to unimaginative camera angles.

On the other hand, I will give some kudos to a few directors/production companies that I especially like:
