Can someone tell me which country does that guy shoot movies in? And is it legal there? Because the guy seems to shoot quite openly in public places, hotels and doesn't care about showing face. He shoots around the same location so i'm highly doubting it's illegal there. I'm planning to shoot some content in Asia and it'd really help to find a legal country to do it in. Any help would be much appreciated.

Seems like it's Thailand since it's plastered all over the site

But is it legal there? The guy has been making it since 2012 and even has his face in the movies. The general laws saw it's not legal so how is this guy consistently making movies without getting arrested? He posts new movies every day.

^ Probably paying local corrupt cops and/or politicians.

When I was in Thailand you had to keep a wide berth from the cops otherwise they shake down Western tourists for cash.

I could've believed that if it was some small time thing but his website has become the biggest website to represent Thailand. So, i'm sure there's probably more layers to it. Moreover i just came across this interview with the owner of "Asian Candy Shop"which went out of business after this interview but the owner speaks freely here of the hard competition in thailand for adult video business and why there's so little profit in it nowadays. I'm circling around this thing for days just unable to point at how it can all be done legally there.

I think you may be under-estimating the corruption and hypocrisy in Thailand. Prostitution (and pornography) is also illegal there yet rampant and open. There are bars in Phuket where I went for a drink and there were four prostitutes for every man in the bar.

If I'm remembering right if you tried to access porn sites there was a government block. That is common throughout South Asia. So the govt pretends that this porn stuff is just for those decadent foreigners but I'm pretty sure the locals just use vpns to get around the govt censorship.

We're talking about a country that is one of the major centres for the sexual trafficking of children and the production of child sexual abuse imagery on the net. There is no depth the corrupt politicians there won't descend to. Compared to that soul-destroying evil consensual adult porn is practically on the side of the angels.

But if they're doing it so openly and illegally, don't you think there website should've been shut down by now? Because it's based in U.S and if they're obtaining content illegally then someone must've thought of filing a complaint? Moreover it's not a standalone site but rather a big network of websites this being one part of it. They've got big pornsttars featuring in other adult sites in their network. Like i'm pretty sure they're doing it legally because something illegal can't go on for this long being in the open and in this hard competing business.

Trust me, prostitution and porn are both illegal in Thailand. See here.

You're thinking too much like a Westerner used to some level of legit law and order. The military dictatorships that have run Thailand for decades and decades are built on corruption, oppression and hypocrisy.

Well, let´s say prostitution is officially illegal but more or less tolerated, especially in the inofficial red light destricts of Bangkok and other tourist hot spots like Pattaya. There are so called Freelancers in bars or on the streets that offer sex in hotel rooms or follow to your hotel room. There are blow job bars and other bars where you buy a drink and pay a fee at the bar to get one of the girls to your room, not to mention the massage studios with happy endings and so on....It´s a big industry.

I assume that quite a bunch of the actresses in Thai porn are payed freelancers or prostitutes. Actually I was suprised last year to see an old vid form Asian Street Meat with a girl I dated a couple of years later privately......

In hotels you can surf not all but some of our well known sites. I haven´t figured out if there is a system why some sites are blocked and others not.

Don´t know how hard the sex industry was hit by the Covid pandemic and if it will recover as soon as all the tourists are back.

^ Yeah exactly, but we should tred lightly when discussing prostitution in too much details as it is a verboten subject on ADT due to the current legal environment in the US.

I really doubt their servers are in the US. Look at how Pornhub is baser in Canada, that is very much on purpose.

No, like i've actually checked where their company that represents the website is registered and it's in Delware. I can believe that Thailand is such a corrupt place and everything but what i can't believe is why they aren't prosecuted in U.S? Because there whole management is U.S based including their parent company that runs several other premium sites. It's not like if you're obtaining content from someplace illegally and you host it from U.S it becomes legal, does it? Moreover U.S already has way too much competition in this business so i'm pretty sure if this was done illegally their competition must've tried to file a complaint.

I wouldn't think the US government is going to do anything unless the Thai government complained to them.

Look at Pornhub and Mindgeek, their entire business model is based on ripping off their competitors and nothing has been done to them.

The US government isn't going to step in and support a porn business, that is one reason piracy was so rampant throughout porn's history, the US government is not going to enforce their copyright.

And you never know, in my line of work I see organizations breaking the law all the time but the government regulators won't step in until someone lays a complaint and most people either don't know the law/regulations well enough to even know they could lay a complaint or just never think of it.
