I wouldn't be surprised if the situation you described occasionally happens, but I would expect it to be edited out of the final release.

Yeah, I suppose that'd be the most susceptible of scenes. If you're a performer, you should ALWAYS expect to be part of the crossfire, esp. if you plan on being a participant.
