I now know there's a store there with a problem, I'd like to avoid this store as well. You've contacted them via email, and got "have a nice day" as a reply.. so you've given them a chance...
I'd like to know which store this is. The only way that might change this sort of policy is if they see that their actions have hurt possible chances of getting future customers from this site.
And, well, I don't see a great deal of point in posting the topic if you're NOT going to name the store, in so long as you've contacted them via email and given them a chance..
On the side of mainstream DVDs, I had problems getting discs from both DVDboxoffice.com and themoviestore.com.
themoviesource.com has excellent customer service, and kept in contact with me keeping me updated and rectified the problem with no pain. = Good company. Buy stuff from them.
dvdboxoffice.com has the worst customer service I have ever encountered from the web. If I was local, or within several hour's drive I'd go around there with a damned axe handle. A problem from December is still not fixed. And now I'm calling my credit card company. = Bad company. Do NOT buy stuff from them.
