I think you may have a point there, but I really don't think many pornstars will come out and admit to it, as they probably don't want to lose some of their fans who don't really like that kind of stuff. By keeping quiet, I guess they're pleasing both sides? You are right though, it is highly possible that there probably are some pornstars who genuinly get turned on by it and enjoy doing it.
