While I do think Speigler is the most likely candidate here, the idea that the girls he reps must do anal is wrong (I was also going to mention that Jenna Sativa doesn't even do boys, but she does have g/g anal listed). Edit: Rereading what you said, I don't think it's that Speigler requires new performers to do anything. It's that, at least to me, he doesn't really believe in waiting some arbitrary time to do something you're already willing to do, so most of the new performers who sign with him have everything they're willing to do already listed (whereas other agencies will tell them to wait to try to build up a payday). It's just worth hiring them even without anal because of their popularity. As for unknown newbies, I mean it's known he has a queue of models waiting for their chance to get on his roster and he turns down most of them - if he doesn't think some model is worth it he might consider her with anal availability. Combine that with the fact that Aaliyah is still under Hussie Models contract (buying out process can be a real pain in the ass) and anal becomes pretty much a requirement for it to be worth it. I think that's the case here. Regarding doing things they are willing to do, it might be arbitrary to wait for the payday but it does make sense to hold off with them when model is already blowing up with vaginal bookings. Honey Gold mentioned in her interviews that she absolutely loves anal but I think she understands it's just common sense not to rush with it since she's already working her ass off. [Link]
