My comment was geared towards society's overall attitude to pornography rather than Putin and the Orthodox Church's political platform. If Putin is in bed with the Church then quite obviously he'll push their social agenda in return for their support, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the overwhelming majority of Russians agree with said attitude and don't have an open and permissive attitude towards pornography. Budapest is in Hungary so that means you need a passport to get in to the country and unless you are on the border of Hungary then yo have to fly in.
