Do American/NTSC and European/PAL versions of the same movie have different UPCs/EANs?
The thing is, I have an original DVD copy of Face Full of Dieselthat I've bought in Sweden. I can't figure out whether it's an American/NTSC or a European/PAL version of the movie, since my DVD player doesn't seem to distinguish between the two formats. So I thought maybe the barcode could help me determine what version my copy is.

The disc itself doesn't say? I usually this stuff printed on the face of the DVD itself, or in tiny letters around the spindle hole.

If you have a DVD player in your computer you could always make a screencap from the movie, most programs used to play DVD´s have this function. If the height of the screencap is 576 pixels its PAL, if it´s 480 it´s NTSC.
