Most pornstars are on birth control, so I'm sure its pretty rare.

I heard John Wayne Bobbit(guy who got his dick chopped off/ short-lived male performer) got a pornstar pregnant by accident. It was a several years back and I think she told him on a talk show. Could have been Stern. I don't remember.

I remember reading that Shana Grant, the porn star who committed suicide, got pregnant and had an abortion. Then again she probably had problems.
