Information from Action-DVD website under Help directory.

Attention International Customers!

We do NOT ship items in DVD boxes or jewel cases with International shipments. All items are shipped in paper sleeves. If original packaging is required, a special request must be made by a customer. Additional shipping charges will be added to the order.
Covers are not shipped in the same package with your order. Covers may be shipped in a separate envelope per customer's request. Shipment of covers is paid separately.
