Hello,
I'm having a problem accessing action-dvd.com's web site and get the message "This error (HTTP 400 Bad Request) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the web server, but the webpage could not be found because of a problem with the address."
Anyone getting the same?

I've been trying to get on there for the last couple of days with no joy, been getting the same error message as you :( Anyone know if they've gone bust!!!

I posted about them in another thread. Even phoned the ordering number and got voicemail. I sent an email to cust. service and got no reply. You would think even a "troubled" company would still want to accept orders in order to make money.

Wondering if anyone's placed an order for titles in the last few weeks e.g 2 to 3 and received them?
Prior to this there was a problem with checking out to place an order to which I sent may emails and no reply!!

All of my emails to them have gone unanswered and their website has been gone for about a week. I think this is a very bad sign. We have removed them from the price search.
The strange thing is that their price search data feed is still functional.

I was looking for Action-DVD tonight and was getting nowhere. I knew I could get the 411 coming here. Damn they were my number one place to buy from. I think a couple months ago I they had some kind of trouble, but I was able to find them and place an order. I guess I'll switch over to TLA, who I've only dealt with once(last month)and it was a good experience.
