Rusty-In my experience, Action is OK. They have some pretty good bargains, if you look carefully. For me, the only drawback is that they only ship UPS. The only time I ever had an order lost was a UPS shipment from Action. It wasn't their fault, UPS delv'd to the next street over! I requested US mail service & they said they would-but would charge me the same as UPS (& I'm only about 40 miles away from them & media mail would be fine). Also, they don't give you much of a break on shipping costs, so you must factor that in. You can do a search in the forum for Action & see what others have had to say.Forgot to mention, they have a very discreet method of shipping. They ship under the name "Action Software", which is nice. Also, welcome to the forums. And if you're completely new to ADT, by all means look into the Kickback program. I have ordered from them twice. Both times no problem. I would highly reccommend ordering from them. [Link] |

As long as the product has been in stock I have had no problems with them at all. If the product has been out of stock, it can take a while to ship (once I think it was 2 months but I could be wrong on the time). [Link] |

I've also used Action-DVD a few times with no major problems but as Menace said it is a hassle that they only ship via UPS - which totally blows here in my area unfortuantely and I hate having to use it when I have to. Thats why I mainly stick with stores that give me the option to use priority mail for my shipping, such as Adult DVD Empire, XRentDVD and Five Star DVD just to name a few of my faves. [Link] |

Made an order with them a couple weeks ago. Got the DVDs without any problem. Price seems reasonable.
