| newby010 Member Singapore 6 Posts 1/02 | Posted - Oct 17 2003 : 3:20PM i placed an order a while ago and because they took too long to process it, i finally had to cancel. the problem international shoppers face is that action-dvd requires us to sign a stupid authorisation letter for charging the credit card. they can use the 4 (or 3) digit verification number that comes with every card like other shops do but noooooooo, they want us to sign and fax/scan & email it back to them. after i cancelled my recent order, i went to dvd advantage and got my shipment within a week from placing the order. that's after wasting 2 weeks going nowhere with action.
