I tried putting one of them in my cart and going to check out, but nothing was coming up discounted, and no free disc was in my cart. Not sure how this promotion is supposed to work. Am I missing something?

Unfortunately they will not show up in your cart upon checkout. There are a few titles that we are giving away and one will be added at random to your order upon checkout. Just give our customer service department a call at 1-888-383-1880 and they'll assist you. They're probably going to ask you for your order number (just so they can let me know what the problem was so I can see how to fix it so it doesn't happen again). You might want to have it handy. It will be on the top of your invoice (probably starts with a 2). If you don't have it, no worries, they'll be able to look it up by your e-mail.
