Dear Rental Customer,
We changed the size of our rental mailers to assist people with PO Boxes
and smaller mail boxes. Unfortunately, the label is malfunctioning.
We heard your responses on the new rental mailers, and we are reacting.
We’re going back to the older, larger mailers until we receive in a
different type of label which will be easier to remove. You may still
receive a few of the newer, smaller mailers in the meantime (we all know
how unpredictable the USPS is in shipping times).
We apologize for the inconvenience. We tested the new, smaller rental
mailers, and they seemed to work fine. Unfortunately, as the weather
warmed, the adhesive became too sticky and difficult to remove.
Thank you to the many customers who provided us with constructive
criticism. We appreciate your business, and we love to hear your feedback.
The new labels should be here within three weeks. Feel free to provide us
with additional feedback at that time.
