Not the same woman. It is true though that in the latest MayhemXXX release, Clusterfuck 6 that Adriana performs her first DAP and DPP.
Here is an image of Catalina Larranaga and you can see that the boobs are way too big to belong to the same woman.

I saw Clusterfuck 6 and was impressed at how easily Adriana Deville took that massive thumping. I mean, DPP like it was no problem. DAP, barely a cringe. If it were someone other that the great Kelly Wells in the other scene, I probably would have said that Adriana took the cocks easier than the other girl. But, of course, Kelly has very little competition when it comes to that. Wow those implants look awful, completely unnatural for her body. She may have had small boobs, but going from A to DD is not a good thing.
