Attention all ADT advertisers: Why is it that you post advertisements about specific titles and when I click on the ad, not only does the ad not take me to a page for that movie, but the movie isn't even on your website yet? Case in point: Devils Film has a banner ad on the ADT home page promoting I Like Black Boys 8. I wanted to see who is in it. I clicked on the ad. The link went to the Devilsfilm.com home page, not to any page about I Like Black Boys 8, and ILBB8 isn't even posted on their website. In fact, they only have up to ILBB 5 posted. How am I supposed to check out (and purchase) your advertised products when you don't offer them for sale?
Devils Film isn't the only studio to do this, just the most recent. It seems to me that if the product is worth advertising, it should be worth putting on your website.

I don't know about other banners, but Devil's Films never leads to anything about the movie in question. I've had this problem too.

I've always wondered if it had to do with the 2257 issue...you must go into an adult website via a warning page/confirmation-over-18 page first?
Then again, could just be lazy advertising.....

^^It's lazy advertising. Many adult retailers set up their specific product links so you link through their 2257 gateway, then directly on to the advertised product without the (potential) customer having to stop on the homepage to look it up themselves. Even if an advertiser can't or doesn't want to do that, there is still the matter of the advertised product not being anywhere on the site.

I added I Like Black Boys 8 to our database and will forward this thread to Devils Film.
Part of the problem is we link to their main site. Maybe we should link to their distributor site which does list I Like Black Boys 8.

I didn't realize that Devil's had a separate distro site. The main site has nothing new as it is a members site and there is clearly lag in released on DVD product and released to their site product.
