Several people are complaining about it in the International DVD trading forum. Sent out a test message to one of the guys and it didn't arrive.
Is this issue isolated to the International DVD trading forum or are other forums affected as well?

I sent a couple of emails last weekend & apparently neither arrived. People have also complained that they are not getting email notifications when there has been a reply to their threads.
