I'd like to request that ADT add a category search in DVD Reviews for "Anamorphic 16/9 widescreen" DVDs. I've got so many 4/3 DVDs I'm only buying widescreen now and I'd like to be able to only bring up widescreen titles when browsing the reviews.

that's a good suggestion but unfortunately we don't keep track of the format.

If the reviewer mentions the fact that the movie is anamorphic in the review it should appear in the search results by keyword. try this as an example All of the reviews in the search results include the word "anamorphic" in the review body.

perhaps if you remake the review fill out page, etc., you could add in a slot to specify presentation format: anamorphic, pan and scan, etc. Maybe even make it optional but have the slot there for peeps who know.
