That is you having sex in front of a camera with your body exposed (even though in a few exceptions doubles are used for some sex scenes where the actor will not perform something). In hollywood many actresses or actors use doubles, special clothing, suites etc. for certain roles. I have also heard it said that at least in porn you know you are going to get f.cked!
