I bought an Alpha Blue box set from them last December and two of the discs were faulty. They suggested I send them back which I promptly did. But since then I've heard nothing from them. I've sent a few emails but get no response at all. I assume they're still in business but I wouldn't risk ordering from them again if their customer service aren't replying to folks. They are definitely defective. I expect they have not tried playing them through fully. I asked them to send me two replacements and they say they will, but it's been going on for three months now and I still haven't got anything. Extremely disappointing. I have never had this with any other retailer. I'm not sure I could trust them again to be honest. Update: Dino says he has mailed me the discs so I'll let you know how it works out. I guess they can be a bit slow to answer emails, but it's the only time I've had problems with a delivery from them and at least I can now say they sorted it out for me. [Link] |
