We use Art Attack Designs, but they seem to be booked up for the next year or so.
They also do Evasive Angles, Exquisite Pleasures, and several others.

I used to design adult DVD covers before when I had nothing to do. I currently have 3 DVD covers printed that I designed: Euro Sluts #9, GED Girls #1, and Nasty Babes.

The way that I did it is that I took some pics from different TGPs and kinda tinkered with them in the photoshop, added some type, effects and graphics.

And the most fun thing that I enjoyed is like putting my name on the cover, like: Directed by Alex Panzer and then I put the names of my friends as talent, that was kinda fun and silly

What about getting a template and doing it yourself in photoshop. photoshop is easy to get but I have no idea how to get a VHS or DVD template.

You would get the template from the printer that you will be sending the cover to for printing.

I'm not sure that boxcovers are a place to try to save a ton of money though. While an overly-flashy cover won't make me pay extra attention to the movie (and definitely not make me buy it), a crappy cover will make me overlook the movie almost completely.

Well there you go Mutt! You can do everything yourself now! But I would do what Tricia says and pay someone! How Much is a box cover maker?

If you just have one or two covers to make, you can hire a freelancer at:

http://www.dvdcoverart.com

Go into their Forum and describe the job.
