But Ive been absolutely amazed at the service received late last week from Adultdv depot. I initially checked out their site for the offer of free shipping, but have found there to be MANY other benefits. The site, the log in and the check out after purchasing is very quick and the currency converter adjusts everything which although not unique, is helpful. Put simply, this was my experience....... 1) E mailed sales enquiries regarding declared costs. Received a response within 20 minutes. 2) Ordered 6 discs to qualify for Free Shipping via DHL. Received order confirmation within 10 minutes. 3) Received 'Order Shipped' confirmation within 24 hours plus a Tracking link for DHL 4) Thereafter this is the actual order tracking info..... May 02, 2003 16:58 Hamilton - Canada Shipment picked up May 03, 2003 11:39 London-Heathrow - UK May 05, 2003 19:03 ........................................................... Absolutely 'ON THE DOT !' All present and correct, what an amazing service. Maybe its just a good partnership.
