Recently they have been loosing orders. Of course they try to say that it's the Post Office which although possible, I know is not the case. Back in late February, and though March 2007 they lost every damn rental order I made. It was about 10 orders. But tried to tell me it was the Post Office. I am going to contact them later this week by phone. They say if you report a lost item that they will send a replacement copy out through their automated links. Never got that, and no refund of monies. Anybody else ever had a problem like this with them?
And no I do not live in an area that does not allow this type of material. Maryland is my state of residence.

I did receive a refund. They still deny that they have an on again, of again issue with Monday Orders. It's not often, but can be on going. I am apparently the only person that has had this issue with lost Monday order/rentals. Although their service has been excellent except one time I called them and encountered a rather mouthy Customer Service Rep.

I had the same problem for a while with rental returns with BushDVD. I eventually figured out that if I used one mailbox drop off about 50-75% of the dvds did not get delivered. When I used another they all made it back. It became very clear that the mail carrier on the route recognized the packaging and was stealing most of the returns.
This may not the issue in your case and it is harder to determine with inbound mail.

It only happens with rentals that are shipped on Monday. And has not happened since 2007. They never have a problem receiving returned rentals.
