In the past 6 weeks, I have received 12 DVD's that arrived damaged. I also receive very few titles in my Top 15-20 preferred titles. Oftentimes only 3 or 4 in my Top 40 are even available at any point in time. Have any of you had this problem? I have tried SugarDVD but their overall selection is not as good as ADE in my opinion.
