I was looking at their site and they have a title that I want for a pretty decent price but I have never ordered from them before and I was wondering what some of your experiences with them have been like. Do you get your titles in a timely fashion? Are they in good condition? etc. Thanks for any feedback.

Adult DVD Explorer is my main source for DVDs. Their service(delivery time, packaging) is great. Plus, they have a discount for large orders. Highly recommended.

Hi bono-ONE,

Their price and services are good (not excelent),
Mail response is not as fast as the others,
usually takes more than 1 working days :(.

Could someone please spesify their policy of packaging for smaller orders, say, three or less number of discs.
What I mean is stuff like: jiffy bags/card board boxes (if boxes shoebox size like DVDEmpire or rational size like Laser´s Edge), how adequate are their customs declarations and do they have a return addres in EU (and which is printed with larger letters on the cover, "from" or "return to")?

absinthe,

I normally order 2 disks at a time and they ship in a small jiffy bag. So it should fit through your letter box. Disks are sealed and no invoice etc. is included. I haven't worked out where they ship from. There is a French postmark but the return address is US.

It also has a US Customs declaration on the front and it usually says "Software $20". Orders sent within the EU don't have Customs declarations.

I suspect they are shipped from the US to France for onward distribution.

Delivery is on average 2wks and I am pleased with their service. Good prices too.
