I placed an order about a week ago and it just came in on Airborne Express. I have nothing against AE, but I selected 3 day UPS, which is clearly listed on my receipt. Once again, I wouldn't have a problem with this if AE delivered in 3 business days, but the label itself says that it was shipped on Jan. 02, five business days ago! I'm about to drop ADN a line, but wanted to drop everybody a quick warning. [Link] |

They reiterated that this could be a one time problem for my area and that they're sorry I feel that way. Their solution to the problem was that I put a note with my orders in the future not to use Airborne Express. In other words, and thanks for the money this last time. It's too bad, since they've been one of my top choices in the past. [Link] |
