It's really up to the stores. Some have other development priorities. And for some it will take more work than others because of the way that their site is set up.

It would be great if everyone would contact the stores that they want involved and let them know.

Four other retailers have expressed interest in participating in the program. They are Adult DVD Now, DVD Exotic, DVD Xtreme and DVD Advantage. We have no estimated schedule for adding each store.

Kickback program participation requires a significant amount of effort on the part of the merchant. They need to hear from their customers to know if the investment in development time is justifiable.

I forgot to mention a handy feature of the Kickback program. When you transfer your comparison cart to a store to make your purchase any currently active coupons are automatically inserted into your cart. You will see a confirmation of the coupon being activated at the store. The process automatically calculates the maximum discount your basket contents qualify for. If you add items after transferring your cart you may need to activate a different coupon. If you remove items you could lower your item total enough so the coupon is no longer apllicable to your order.

I was doing some more work on the Kickback Program this afternoon and ran into something that I could use some feedback on.

Would users of the program like to be emailed each time their account is updated? Many people are starting to place orders through the program and we are working on keeping their Kickback account status accurate. I can set it up so that each time there is an update to the account (i.e. an order is placed, credit issued, etc.) the user will get an automatically generated email to that effect. Do people want these noticifactions? I know I would but I figured I would ask first.

Hi all,

Got a little question about the kickback program.
I know for sure that fivestardvd.com has LA Blue Girl Box Set and Cool Devices Box Set. But when I tried to search the Bos Sets, the search engine only showed the separate DVDs, not the box sets.

Is there anyway to make the search enging find the Box Sets?

We generally don't list bundles in the price search. It's hard for us to know when a box set is studio release or a special bundle the store has put together. If you're looking for the box sets you can place them in your cart after clicking through the 'Get Your Kickback' link to Five Star. (You can remove any items from your cart that you may have transferred from ADT.) Hope that helps. If you need some additional help please drop me a note.

Drew - I used it last night for the first time. I hope I did it right. How long does it take to show up in the account history? Yes, an email option is perfect. That way I don't have to keep checking.

My only suggestion right now would be to put a link in the main Kickback screen to start shopping. Maybe a "Start Shopping Here" button that takes you to the Price Search. I know I can just click on the Price Search menu option on the side, but for some reason I was looking for a special set of steps to begin the process. Am I making any sense?

We uncovered a tracking bug in the Kickback program today. It has been fixed. Thankfully no orders have been lost. There are currently four orders that are in limbo.

If you placed an order through the Kickback program and do not see it reflected in your profile please drop me a note. I'll get it fixed for you ASAP. The people that placed these 4 orders should also receive an email from Five Star soon indicating that they should get in touch with me. Write to kickback@adultdvdtalk.com.

I just checked my account, it shows it now. So, the Kickback account if updated after the store ships the product, not after I submit my order. Got it!

So what should I do when the box sets are not listed on the search result? Do I need to go to fivestardvd.com website, put the items in their cart? Doesn't it mean I won't get the Kickbacks reward?

I'm new at this forum and the kickback stuff. I usually go to fivestardvd.com from ADT site, put the items in the fivestardvd.com's cart and check out.
