I'm located in Australia and my order for 10 DVDs came through in 7 days. One of the DVDs sent through was wrong ( I can sort of see how the mistake was made as the covers and title are almost identical ). I emailed to inform customer service and had a reply back the next day to say they would send through the correct one. I was most impressed with the turnaround time , and with the response from the company when I queried my incomplete order. Happy to recommend them , and will order from them again if they stock titles I'm interested in. [Link] |
