Out of curiosity though, how long does it usually take to get a kickback working? I just redeemed some for the first time this week, and Xrentdvd got the credit in my cart in less than a couple of hours (I didn't check right away).

How long does it take to get your Redemption code/credit after making a redemption request?
ADT reviews and approves redemption requests every business day. Sometimes three - five times per day. (We don't approve redemptions requested on weekends and holidays until the next business day.) After we approve a redemption request it could take as little as 20 minutes to as much as 2 - 3 days depending on the store and how busy their staff is.

The retailers confirm our redemption orders with them as soon as they process the request. This confirmation is what generates the automated "this store has issued you a redemption, you should expect it soon" email from ADT. After you receive that email from us you should have your redemption code in your email or applied as a credit at the store within 24 hours, usually faster. Adult DVD Empire sends out Kickback gift certificate redemption codes in batches, typically every night.

How long does it take to get credit for an order I place though the Kickback program?

Typically credits are posted within 30 - 45 days. Sometimes sooner, sometimes months later. It's all dependent on when we receive payment for your order from the store. Since most stores issue payment for the previous month's Kickback orders each month at the beginning of the month you'll normally see a credit hit your ADT Kickback account between the 12th - 17th of the month. The only exception to this general rule is Kickback orders with Five Star DVD, they issue payment for Kickback orders on a quarterly basis.

It's important to note that Kickbacks are paid by the retailers after an order ships completely from their warehouse. If you place an order on the May 25th but it doesn't ship until June 5th you won't see your credit until around July 12th-17th. If there's a single item from a 10 item order still on back-order for weeks or months it will keep the credit from hitting your Kickback account until the month after your order ships complete.

they advertise real time inventory and same day to next day shipping so i'm thinking of giving them a try.

I'm not a US buyer so you can take my experience with a pinch of salt if you like , but I've ordered from them twice and been very impressed . Actually I placed my order on a Saturday evening and received the 2 DVD's in the normal mail on the following Tuesday morning . This was without paying for a courier service and involved a flight across the Atlantic . Very , very impressive !

As a reference point it normally takes 10 - 14 days to get to me by this method . Frankly I can only imagine how they managed to get the disks to me that quickly , ESP perhaps !
