Example: what kind of sex do you think your wife would enjoy? Boy/Girl scenes, Girl/Girl scenes, plot oriented movies that have sex scenes, rougher style sex, Anals? Etc..

However, might I suggest looking at titles from these production companies: Adam & Eve, Vivid, VCA, Wicked Pictures, New Sensations.
Anything listed as a feature I would recommend, meaning it has a plot/storyline. They usually run about 80-90 minutes in length and contain 5 or 6 sex scenes. The sex is normal, but you may learn or see some new positions to try. There may be a couple of anal penetration scenes, but usually only in 1 sex position. There usually isn't anything abusive or degrading to the female performers.

All of these companies release other productions besides features that are a bit more wild.

Another suggestion I could offer would be to rent a title yourself from a local store to check out the content if you are that worried. If it is "vanilla" enough, then you can purchase it. You might also consider a nice piece of lingerie to go with the video; and perhaps add a toy of some sort.

Also as Bjones said, it might be best to rent first, try a couple of titles out so you can determine the production company/genre movie that does it for both of you, before you buy.

If she will accompany you to the local video store and help select a title to try, that would help too.

As far as gay movies go, I've only seen Boot Black . I like that movie a lot, and it's a highly affordable disc, but I can't say that it's particularly aimed at women. Dumblonde gave five stars to Idol Country, and Lunacy has spoken well of Return to the Hotel.

Tastes vary, of course, and it's important to understand that each movie is a learning experience. It's likely that she will discover more and more about what she likes and doesn't like with each viewing experience. I've probably seen close to 80 hard-core movies now, and I've only recently figured out that I really dig female masturbation movies. Good luck, and happy viewing.

One other suggestion is check the reviews on this site and others (e.g. www.adultdvdempire.com) before choosing. If you cannot find the specific title reviewed, check out other reviews from the same company or series. Also keep in mind that many reviewers are interested in very different sexual activities than you are. Read reviews carefully because they will tell you what to expect from each scene in the movie.
