| Flojangles Member 43 Posts 7/07 | Hello I am interested in getting into the production side of adult films. I know it is very hard to get into mainstream films, does anyone know if it is equally as hard to get into the adult film business? Also, I live in NYC and had no real plans of moving anytime soon. Does anyone know where I can start in terms of what companies are based here or where to look for shoots in general? My goal is to eventually start my own website that will deal with some sort of mix of comedy and porn clips, but I have to start somewhere! I know a bit about adult films, but I can't expect to run my own website without some kind of experience. I just want to do something like PA or camera operate or something...I do have a college degree in the media field, so that should help. Again, if anyone knows anything that can help me, I would appreciate it. Thanks. [Link] |

As for the internet, that would be easier but its also not easy. There is far too much free porn to be found and there are already major companies doing business on the net you will have to compete with. You will have to look at developing a niche site. Good luck.
